For more serious accumulations, you should use the following steps: 1) Bag and remove loose layers of droppings (be sure to wear protective coveralls, gloves, respiratory equipment when cleaning any bird site). At all sites, debris and other nesting materials should be shoveled into double bagged heavy duty garbage bags and disposed of properly. The ingredients of a cleaning solution: Use a pump sprayer with the cleaning solution mix. The solution is a combination of bleach, Simple Green (an alternative to toxic cleaners, solvents and bleaches that can be used on any washable, indoor or outdoor surface), and Jasco TSP (a product like No-Rinse that house painters use). In a gallon container mix 6 cups pf Jasco TSP. 6 cups of Simple Green, and 2 cups of Clorox Bleach. This is your concentrate. When you're ready to start cleaning mix 6 cups of the concentrate with one gallon of water...in your pump sprayer. Shake the mixture in the sprayer. clear of droppings, apply a disinfectant/deodorizer or other
hospital grade virucide/germicide to kill any remaining
